We make inclusion real for skilled immigrants by turning their stories into action that builds more humane systems.
We Belong Norway is a movement of empathy, inclusion, and courage for those who call Norway home.
We turn stories into understanding, and understanding into change so that everyone who is already here can truly belong.

What we do
-
We create spaces, from coffee chats to storytelling sessions, where skilled immigrants and newcomers can share their experiences and be heard.
-
Our collective project: a handbook of inclusion principles based on real stories and needs, co-created with immigrants, employers, and inclusion experts.
It will serve as both a mirror and a guide, reflecting what inclusion feels like, and how it can be built in everyday life and policy. -
We bring lived experience into the public conversation.
By combining empathy with data, we help systems listen better and design fairer structures for everyone who calls Norway home. -
We work with communities, researchers, and organizations who share our vision of inclusion through understanding.
Together, we build bridges between those who live the gaps and those who can help close them, because belonging grows through shared responsibility.
